GIE Synergie Chooses the Global 360 BPM Solution to Optimise Information Management and Customer Service


Global 360, a leading provider of business process management and optimization solutions, has just secured a contract with GIE Information Technology Synergie, part of the Crédit Agricole Group of banks, to provide electronic file management and Case Manager process management solutions.

GIE Synergie consolidates eight Crédit Agricole regional banks (Ile de France, Brie Picardie Oise, Val de France, Nord-Est, Lorraine, Alsace Vosges, Franche Comté and Pyrénées Gascogne). Following the installation of a prototype, the eight regional banks should be using the BPM solution based on the Global 360 software before the end of 2007.

G360 Case Manager is a process automation and content management tool based on the notion of the 'electronic file', which allows the company to manage, modify and adapt its processes in an autonomous and simplified way, to respond more rapidly and efficiently to its business objectives. G360 Case Manager also includes Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) tools for analysing and optimising processes according to the objectives that the company has set itself.

Synergie's objective is to offer customer advisers and the back office easy access to customer files, notably allowing them to adapt the services offered to real needs. Moreover, the customer will also be able to access the information contained in his or her file via the internet.

The desired solution had to be integrated in a simple way into the existing infrastructure and interface with the existing architecture. The Global 360 solution specifically responded to the level of technology required.
