Toronto, Canada, NAC Geographic Products Inc. announced the release of Universal Geocoding Solution for the Entire World as part of NAC Real-Time Geo-Services Suite. With the subscription of the suite, web applications now can obtain the geocode of every location on the planet, no matter whether the location has street address or not, thanks to the power of the Universal Address.
Currently, all geocoding solutions on the market can only geocode addresses of a very small fraction of countries in the world. The mojority of the countries either haven't had address systems yet or haven't had complete address databases, not to mention rural cottages and camping sites. All these locations remain ungeocoded. Even in the industrialized countries, geocoding frequently results in errors due to duplicated addresses, outdated addresses, non-standard addresses and missing addresses. All these make 99% of locations in the world unable to get postal services, courier and delivery services, taxi services, and emrgency services and cause huge unnecessary loss of precious time, money, properties and even lives.
Now the Universal Geocoding Solution solves the problem for all web applications which need geocodes of locations for goods delivering, rescueing, real estate listing or marketing thanks to the two frontier technologies: GPS which makes the location anywhere in the world accurately measured and the Universal Address which makes the representation of any accurate location human rememberable.
