Cleveland, OH - Lincoln Electric's new Power Arc(TM) 5500 generator / welder generates 5,500 watts of surge AC generator power and 125 amps of AC welding amperage in a package that weighs 75 pounds less than the competition.
The Power Arc 5500's high output and light weight make it ideal for home, farm, contracting, maintenance and small commercial applications. Two tools in one, the Power Arc can handle many common AC power needs during a power outage, as well handle AC welding for a wide variety of maintenance, construction and repair projects. Offsite, it can power lights, tools, heaters, pumps and appliances - anywhere, anytime.
