Gen3 Systems to Exhibit with Stannol at Productronica

FARNBOROUGH, UK – Gen3 Systems Limited, a specialist manufacturer of test and measurement equipment, announces that it will exhibit with its distributor, Stannol, in Hall A4, Stand 470 at the productronica International Trade Fair, scheduled to take place November 12 - 15, 2013 at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre in Munich, Germany.

Additionally, Gen3 Systems’ CM22 Contaminometer Cleanliness Tester will be fully operational in the “Cleaning and Contamination Testing Center” in Hall A2, Stand 429 during the four-day event. The center will provide practical support to visitors keen to implement new cleaning and contamination monitoring processes as well as overcome reliability failures.

The Gensonic Stencil Cleaning system will be displayed with a 24" stencil frame. The system uses a 40kHz on-contact ultrasonic transducer for high efficiency cleaning of stencil apertures. The Gensonic can be used either in conjunction with Gen3 stencil cleaning centres or is portable enough to be taken directly to the printer.

The MUST System 3 is the latest technological evolution of the original Multicore Universal Solderability Tester (MUST) that grandfathered all modern solderability test standards. It remains the unquestioned industry benchmark for solderability testing. Capable of measuring down to 0.001mN the MUST is the most accurate and comprehensively equipped test system of its type in the world.

The CM11+ Contaminometer Cleanliness Tester is designed to avoid polarization effects between electrodes as might occur when using DC test currents. The CM Series utilizes a solid gold measuring cell, ballistic amplifier and a vigorous pumping system to achieve superior measurement accuracy of <0.005mS/cm even at very low conductivity values.

The Z-CHECK 3D is a non-contact solder paste precision measuring system; automatic and manual with laser options.

The entire range of bench top non-contact measuring systems has been designed to provide accurate pad specific measurement of solder paste deposits, adhesives and component placement. Each Z-Check machine comes with a full SPC package as standard.

The Solder-Saver offers companies that use wave soldering the opportunity to instantly recycle dross created in the wave solder pot, thereby saving up to 50 percent in new solder bar purchases. It can be used with leaded, lead-free or unleaded wave soldering machines.

Delta T Wizard Thermal Profiling comprises a 5-channel temperature logger and user-friendly software, providing the simplest and most basic data to the most comprehensive SPC demands as the user desires.

The following Gen3 Systems’ principals also will exhibit at the event:

Optilia – Hall A2, Booth 166

MBTech – Hall A4, Booth 405

Finetech – Hall A4, Booth 281

DIMA – Hall A2, Booth 459

MEK – Hall A2, Booth 403
