Hyson Products introduces the T2SS-16 Series of gas springs designed for stock lifting and part ejection. Hyson Products is a division of Associated Springs, Barnes Group, Inc.

The T2SS-16 Series gas springs provide complete force adjustability, and feature seals that perform at all pressure ranges. A rounded rod provides optimal operation with side loading up to 50.

The T2SS-16 gas springs are ideal replacements for 5/8" diameter coil springs. Benefits include a shorter overall spring length for most stroke lengths; full rated force on contact so there is no need to preload; tightly toleranced overall height, and more force with fewer springs. Hyson Products designs and manufactures T2 and T3 standard gas springs, and Tanker® XP high performance gas springs with dynamic lubrication; Nitro-Dyne® XP manifold systems and accessories; the Dyne-A-Cam(TM) Series of cams, and the DRACT Series of delayed return manifolds in an ISO 9001 certified facility. Recent Hyson innovations include lift strut/counterbalance gas springs for a variety of lifting applications and the LCF Force Manager, a gas spring designed to increase production rates and reduce shock.
