Extended guide rod bushings provide increased stability and an inverted gas spring housed inside the guide rod provides reliable and adjustable force.
The SLN.300, with its robust guidance system and non-rotating operation, may be used to support material in progressive tools and eliminate the need for additional guidance components. DADCO offers its SLN.300 lifter in a 1/3 ton force model with stroke lengths of 50-150 mm. The SLN.300 has forces on contact ranging from 77 lb. to 667 lb. and comes standard with a Keyed Narrow Flange Mount. DADCO's SLN.300 is repairable and provides a long, maintenance free life.
