Rolling Meadows, IL (August 29, 2002) - Wasino's G05 CNC gang-type lathe offers extreme efficiency. The affordable G05 offers reduced cycle times and high speed 8000 rpm machine in a small footprint. The G05's SR-00 gantry loader further enhances cycle times. It features a Fanuc AC servo with vertical and horizontal
rapid traverse rates of 3,200 and 4,356 ipm respectively. Loading/unloading time is 4 seconds.
The G05 is equally effective in both stand-alone situations and when integrated into flexible transfer lines. For efficiency, a pre-engineered gantry loader is used, for loading/unloading and a broad range of raw material supply devices are available. While featuring exceptionally small footprints.
