GANESH Shows High-Performance CNC Turning at IMTS!

Manufacturers looking for "affordable cost reduction" for their multi-operation CNC lathe work need look no further than the machines offered at IMTS in Chicago this September by Ganesh Machinery at Booth S-9371.

Ganesh will be showing the venerable 7-axis Cyclone-32 CS 1-1/4" Swiss-style CNC lathe featuring 28-tools with up to 11-driven tools for complete "done-in-one" part processing of complex parts. The first international showing of the new 8-axis Cyclone-52 TTMY twin-turret lathe with 32-tools, for 2" bar work will also occur at IMTS this year. Both the main and sub spindle use "dead-length" collets for accurate part transfer and complete "done-in-one" machining efficiency, including all radial, end-working, and Y-axis live tooling work on both the front and backside of the part.

Ganesh will also show the KSL-7612 TMY box way machine for heavy-duty turning on 3" bar and 10" chuck work with a full C and Y-axis.

Those looking for an affordable high-performance heavyweight machining capability for their complex parts made of tougher materials will definitely find the GANESH Cyclone-series worth checking out.
