Fybroc to Supply Pumps

Harleysville, PA, October 31 - Raymond J. De Hont, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Met-Pro Corporation (NYSE: MPR), announced today that the Company's Fybroc Division, in Telford, Pennsylvania, has received an order to supply one hundred one (101) corrosion resistant fiberglass centrifugal pumps for Atlantis, The Palm, a destination resort currently under development on the island of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). The combination of horizontal and vertical pumps will be shipped over a period of months, with all of the pumps scheduled to ship before the end of the Company's current fiscal year. The value of this order is in excess of $1.7 million, which now represents the single largest order ever received for Fybroc pumps, surpassing the previous high mark set in 2004 when Fybroc received an order for seawater pumps for a major indoor aquarium in the United States.

Atlantis, The Palm, will comprise an extensive water-theme park, which, at approximately sixty (60) acres, will be home to the largest man-made open-air marine habitat in the Middle East. Some of the unique water attractions, which will include the use of Fybroc pumps, are a "swim-with-the dolphins" encounter program, a shark tank, and The Dig, an Atlantis-themed "archeological" experience. A combination of horizontal end suction and vertical pumps will be utilized for seawater circulation and filtration, both of which are critical to proper management of the aquarium's life support system.

Fybroc was selected for this project based on their extensive experience in this field, as well as the successful installation and performance of their pumps in aquarium and marine-related institutions throughout the world. Fybroc pumps, which are virtually unaffected by seawater, are installed in hundreds of aquariums worldwide, including locations in Australia, Barbados, Canary Islands, China, Europe, Grand Cayman, Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Taiwan, and multiple United States locations.

"Fybroc's performance, reliability, support and service have resulted in securing an order of this magnitude based on its reputation in this industry", stated De Hont. "The receipt of this order reconfirms Fybroc's position as the leading pump supplier to sea life aquariums around the world."
