Well-suited for all types of dust including carbon, plastic, rubber and fugitive emissions, the compact FCS is practical for environments which involve brazing, dry chemicals and machining, laser and plasma cutting, sanding, powders, soldering and welding.
Featuring an automatic jet pulse system with five-gallon recovery tray, the FCS features an extraction arm that extends to more than nine feet and a hood with damper and halogen light. The machine also includes an automatic fume detection sensor that will automatically turn the unit on and swivel lock casters for easy positioning. Through a 1.5 horsepower fan motor and a pleated membrane filter with up to 140 square feet of filtration area, the FCS is able to achieve filtration efficiency of up to 99.5 percent in a filtration area of up to 140 square feet.
