Cabka presents tough new development for cutting platform costs
Cabka as a leading provider of plastic pallets and boxes has launched a new, fully functional nestable lightweight plastic pallet, which offers a cost cutting alternative to wooden pallets and other traditional solutions.
The special new Cabka plastic pallet design weighs 12.5 lbs and can handle dynamic load capacities of up to 2,200 lbs. Actual load capacities depend on the type of unit load, size of cases and how it is secured to the pallet.
Its ease of handling translates into savings such as reduced workman's comp claims and improved safety.
The CPP 100 with its extremely low nesting-height of only 1.2" saves freight-costs and storing capacities. The nesting ratio has been improved by 25 percent: a 53' trailer can now hold 2,340 pallets, which is also about 10 percent better than other plastic pallets on the market. For the use in racks and/or double-stacking, Cabka offers 3 snap-on bottom skids.
The CPP 100 will be also available made from 100 percent recycled plastics and is available now for new customers.
