Fujipoly® Thin Film Delivers on Performance

Carteret, NJ  - January 18, 2018 - Sarcon® 20YR‐c from Fujipoly® is a versatile 0.2mm film that exhibits a thermal conductivity of 4.0 W/m•K and a thermal resistance of only .12° C•in2/W. This product is ideal for transferring performance-killing heat from high power semiconductors and board-level components to nearby cooling heatsinks.

Sarcon® 20YR‐c is a compliant, silicone thin film that effectively eliminates near‐microscopic air pockets that exist between components. By improving surface area contact, it is possible to measurably improve the cooling performance of the heatsink.

This V‐0 rated thin film is recommended for applications with operational temperatures that range from ‐40°C to +150°C. Sarcon® 20YR‐c can be ordered in roll form up to 125mm wide or can be die‐cut to your exact application requirements.
