FuelForce® Brings Innovation To The Fuel Management Industry

Princeton, NJ (September 15, 2008) - In 1983, when Multiforce Systems pioneered the concept of automated fuel systems that require no input for devices for authorization, fuel management for fleet systems was forever changed. Since its foundation in 1981 by Tom Bates and the development of the FuelForce® fuel management system in 1983, Multiforce's focus has always been on innovation. "We're always on the lookout for new developments," says Bates, FuelForce® founder and president. "That's how our systems stay modern."

In the early 1980's, when fuel management software was sparse, Multiforce was experimenting with new technologies, designing software to meet vehicle fleet operators' specific fuel control requirements. With a firm grasp on the integration of the software and hardware, FuelForce® systems quickly became the industry standard for convenient fleet fuel management. Unlike other fuel management systems, FuelForce® eliminated the need for cards, keys or other devices for the authorization of fuel dispensing with its integrated software and keypad.

Now in 2008, Multiforce product line continues to reflect the innovative foundation on which the company was formed. One of Multiforce's latest innovations comes as a result of the company's recent partnership with the Bennett Pump Company. The Exacta Fuel Controller is integrated with Bennett's 3K Series Dispenser, creating a total, cost-effective solution for fuel dispensing and management. Equipped with the keypad input system that made FuelForce® an industry leader, the Exacta combines FuelForce's® innovative fuel control technology with the reliability of Bennett fuel dispensers.

Also new from Multiforce is FuelServe.net, an Internet database that provides the fleet manager with accurate fuel usage, vehicle utilization and operating cost information - without costly administrative overhead or software. FuelForce® administers the site for the customer, creating a one-stop, software-less solution for fuel management. Both the Exacta Controller and FuelServe.net were launched in late 2007, and the timing couldn't have been better. "With rising fuel prices, theft has become a concern," says Bates. "Even small fleet operators want more control over their fuel usage. The new Exacta supported by FuelServe.net gives us a great
solution for the smaller fleet owner."

With employees whose backgrounds span the industry, the FuelForce® software development
team strives to keep the company's software systems ahead of the pack. "Our systems are
constantly being upgraded and improved, and we always bring the customer along with us," says Bates, who takes pride in FuelForce® systems' staying power. "I like to say that FuelForce® is the last system you'll ever have to buy."

While FuelForce® products are constantly evolving, the customer service at the heart of the company remains unchanged. "Customer support has always been our backbone," says Bates. In fact, it's not uncommon for President Tom Bates to answer customer service phone calls himself. "The company has expanded, but we haven't lost our personal touch." After nearly 27 years in the business, Multiforce shows no signs of slowing down. Today, the company is hard at work designing fuel management solutions for the emerging alternative fuels markets. "Ethanol is not the end-all, but it is certainly one market that will change the industry," says Bates. "We're working to build an E85 and biodiesel infrastructure for the future. We are also investing heavily in the CNG fueling industry."

With a constant eye on emerging technologies, a commitment to producing advanced integrated solutions and a dedication to customer service, FuelForce® by Multiforce Systems remains on the cutting end of fuel management technology.
