Ft. Myers Beach, FL: Based on the outstanding results of the 13 Mode EPA Test Protocol, ALGAE-X® International has launched an aggressive sales and marketing campaign to promote its technologies to the Trucking Industry.
ALGAE-X® Fuel Optimization products, now certified by the US EPA California Air Resources Board (CARB), TUV and ECE approved Emissions Testing Lab in Costa Mesa, California, dramatically lower emissions and reduce fuel consumption.
Emissions of CO, NOX, & hydrocarbons are reduced by 11-13%, particulate emissions by more than 64%, and the consumption of fuel is reduced by more than 6%.
The LG-X 500 Fuel Conditioning Unit is priced at $279 and services most diesel engines in Class 5 through Class 8 Trucks. The first year savings from reduced fuel consumption for a 100,000 mile per year vehicle are typically $1000-$1500. Additional operating cost savings result from lower overall maintenance costs of injectors, pumps, fuel filters, etc.
The company also manufactures seven other sizes of its LG-X Series Fuel Conditioners, larger capacity units for storage tanks and pipelines and several related fuel conditioning products.
