Measuring 2.25" (5.71 cm) and 3.50" (8.89 cm), fuel caps allow for low permeation levels below baseline EPA standard. Caps are made of durable nylon and acetal polymers and have ratchet design with consistent torque. With internal tether, or external tether option, and PSI pressure seal with neck, caps are available as non-vented for CARB applications or optional 1-way vent for EPA applications. Custom colors and decoration available.

Flambeau® Fluids Introduces Second Generation CARB and EPA Compliant Fuel Caps
Flambeau® Fluid Systems is proud to introduce 2.25" (5.71 cm) and 3.50" (8.89 cm) fuel caps. These caps replace the first generation CARB caps and meet both EPA and CARB standards. Flambeau is also pleased to have received EPA certificates of conformity allowing customers to utilize the low permeation levels of these caps, which are significantly below the baseline EPA standard of FEL 30 g/m^2/day at 28°C. These caps are introduced with a high level of confidence in their performance based upon completion of Flambeau's DVPR validation process.

Customary standard fuel caps for Small, Off-Road Equipment (SORE) are no longer the acceptable industry standard.
