Advantech Launches Pentium M 1 GHz Front Access Automation Computer
The UNO-3072 is an industrial automation computer starting at $995.
(Cincinnati, Ohio - 4/13/2007) - The eAutomation Group of Advantech introduces the UNO-3072 high performance Celeron M or Pentium M industrial fanless PC with two PCI V 2.2 expansion slots, dual power input, and 512 KB battery back-up SRAM. The UNO-3072 supports Windows 2000/XP, Windows XP (SP2) Embedded with write protection (EWF) and Linux.
Specifically designed for automation tasks, the UNO-3072 contains four serial ports, two RS-232/422/485 serial communication ports with RS-485 automatic flow control, two RS-232 communication ports, two 10/100 Ethernet ports, four USB ports, 4-channel isolated digital input, 4-channel isolated digital output with timer, counter, and interrupt handling.
The UNO-3072 can withstand high temperatures and vibrating environments to fulfill tough requirements. Lastly, it's an open platform which can fulfill demanding requirements from the field and is an ideal solution for any industrial automation or control task.
