Parker Introduces New Line of Prep-Air(R) II Stainless Steel FRL's
The Pneumatic Division of Parker Hannifin Corporation has introduced a new line of Prep-Air® II Stainless Steel FRL units including filters, coalescing filters, regulators, piggybacks and lubricators. The FRL's are made from 316 stainless steel and are available in two basic body sizes: 3/8" body with 1/2" ports and miniature 1/8" body with 1/4" ports, with either NPT or BSPP threads. The individual units can be piped together using stainless steel pipe nipples. All units meet NACE specifications.
Parker Prep-Air II Air Line Filters feature a two-stage filtration system. The PF 10 Series standard size is available with a manual drain or auto float drain and offers a 70 SCFM flow rate. The PF504 Series miniature size is supplied with a manual drain and offers a 23 SCFM flow rate. Parker Prep-Air II Coalescing Filters utilize a 99.97%-efficient filtration system for oil removal. The PF11 Series standard size is available with a manual drain or auto float drain and offers a 45 SCFM flow rate. The PF501 Series miniature size is supplied with a manual drain and offers a 16 SCFM flow rate. Parker Prep-Air II Regulators feature a large diaphragm-to-valve area ratio for precise regulation and high flow capacity. The PR10 Series standard size offers an 80 SCFM flow rate. The PR364 Series miniature size offers a 12 SCFM flow rate. Parker Prep-Air II Filter/Regulators have a two-stage filtration system. The PB11 Series standard size offers a 72 SCFM flow rate.
