BLUFFTON, Ind., Dec. 27 -- Franklin Electric Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: FELE) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Franklin Fueling Systems, Inc., received Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) certification for its TS-EMS/5 series in-station-diagnostic (ISD) system in California. The certification is issued by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

California previously issued regulations that require essentially all
