Milwaukee Introduces 18V Combo Kit with Metal Cutting Circular Saw

Four-tool combo kit ideal for electricians, contractors and others who work with metal studs and tubing daily

Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation has introduced a new 18V Cordless combo kit, model 0934-29, containing the 6-1/2" Metal Cutting Circular Saw, Lok-Tor ½" Hammer-Drill, Sawzall the Hatchet(TM) reciprocating saw, work light, two batteries, charger, metal cutting circular saw blade, 2-Pack of Sawzall blades, safety glasses and a soft-sided contractor bag.

Milwaukee's 18 volt 6-1/2 inch Metal Cutting Circular Saw is designed for the professional tradesmen. Its Milwaukee-built motor develops 3,200 RPM for fast cutting. A premium Endurance 6 ½-inch blade produces a smooth, burr-free edge. The blade cuts to a depth of 2 1/8-inches in one pass plus the aluminum upper and lower guarding and a durable nickel-plated steel shoe provide maximum durability and protect against scratching.

The metal-cutting circular saw is ergonomically designed to provide users with optimum comfort. The lower blade guard lever is large and easy to access; the cushion grip D-handle is comfortable to hold at any cutting depth. A clear guard window and a blade on the left side provide an excellent line of sight.

Milwaukee's 0624 Lok-Tor(TM) 18 volt T-Handle Hammer/Drill has a reversible battery for working in tight spaces and better balance for overhead work. With 495 in/lbs. of torque, speeds of 0-500/1700 rpm and hammer action at 25,500 blows per minute this tool can be used to drill and set anchors in concrete.

With 20 different clutch positions this tool is also used as a drill or screwdriver. All Lok-Tor(TM) models feature an exclusive all-metal, single-sleeve ratcheting chuck with carbide jaws to provide the highest grip torque on bits of any competitive product. The high efficiency motor and superior battery technology combine to provide the ultimate run-time. Another Milwaukee exclusive is the dampened or 'quiet' spindle lock mechanism which relieves the stress of metal slamming on metal for increased durability and smooth operation.

The Milwaukee Sawzall the Hatchet(TM) reciprocating saw was 'built for tight spaces'. The Sawzall the Hatchet(TM) reciprocating saw features a six position pivoting handle making it the most compact, unique, reciprocating saw on the market. Only 13 in. when fully pivoted, it easily fits between 16 in. on center studs and between rafters and joists. It is the ONLY cordless reciprocating saw to feature orbital action, perfect for aggressive wood cutting or simply switch it into straight reciprocating action for cutting metals and plastics.

Included in this combo kit is Milwaukee's new design work light that projects a uniform light pattern without dark spots or rings. It has a Clip-Lok tool holder on both sides of the light so it can be worn on the left or right side of your belt. The flat battery base allows it to free-stand and the 13-position head adjusts 140 degrees to focus the light overhead or on the ground. The recessed switch is easy to turn on, yet helps prevent turning the light on accidentally inside a tool bag.

All tools are backed by Milwaukee's 5 Year Warranty and Service Plus Program, providing one year of free maintenance when shipped to a Milwaukee Branch Office/Service Center.
