Newly Redesigned 400-Series Two-valve Manifolds From Imperial® Offer Versatile, Cost-Effective Solution in Forged Brass Category

NILES, IL (May 27, 2003) -- Imperial recently redesigned and enhanced its new 400-Series precision-engineered, two-valve, forged-brass manifolds. The offering has been expanded to over 20 different configurations, which provides service technicians in the HVAC, automotive and general industrial markets with heightened levels of efficiency, durability and reliability in a cost-effective manifold.

Two innovations set the 400-Series manifolds apart from the competition: a dynamic, full-flow dual O-ring valve design for faster, trouble-free evacuation and charging, and angled hose hangers that give users better access to the equipment.

400-Series manifolds work with a variety of refrigerants, including CFC, HFC, HCFC, Zeotropic and Azeotropic.

Other product features include: soft-touch color-coded ergonomic handles for easier open-close control; sturdy patented gauges with protective boots that provide superior resistance against vibration, pulsation and shock; and UL-listed PolarShield® high-performance hose (800 PSI working pressure and 4,000 PSI burst pressure) available in lengths from three to 12 feet.
