The protective covers on the PX models are available in either yellow, red or orange, come with either full or half covers and are constructed of a high impact plastic. Foot-switches are available with either slow action or snap action contact elements as well as a variety of contact block configurations. Both series of switches carry a protection rating of either IP 53 ( standard ) or IP 65 ( optional ) making them suitable for wash down conditions or hostile environments. The double foot switch carries the same impressive credentials as the single switch and is connected by a through plastic pipe which allows for ease of wiring. These switches are an excellent choice for many applications and can be utilized as either an enabling device or as a safety device.
