Windsor, Connecticut - August 3, 2004....Scapa Medical offers Bioflex® Rx940P, a single coated, medical grade, pressure sensitive foam tape used for bandages and attaching medical devices to the skin.

Bioflex Rx940P consists of a tan polyethylene foam single coated with a medical grade acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. The film is supplied on a 42# white kraft release liner. The tape offers good adhesion to the skin and excellent conformability, yet removes cleanly without causing skin trauma. Bioflex Rx940P carries a Drug Master File Number.

Easy to die cut, Bioflex Rx940P is ideal for making roll form and specialized bandages, attaching general-purpose medical devices to the skin, and specialty electrode applications. The product also works well in applications requiring cushioning.
