For bonding exterior trim and automotive emblems or badges, Scapa Automotive offers Duofoam® S5589BA, a high-density polyethylene foam mounting tape double coated with a high performance acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive that delivers a consistent, durable bond. The product meets Ford specifications WSK-M3G184 A1, WSK-M11P49 A, and WSK-M11P51 A.
Black Duofoam S5589BA offers good resistance to dilute acids and alkalies, and very good UV resistance. Supplied on a blue siliconized HDPE liner, the product is quick and easy to apply.
