Graco Adds New Model to its Reactor® IP Line-up
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Jan. 23, 2009 - Graco Inc. recently added the new Reactor IPH-
25 with 15.3 kilowatt heaters to its line of in-plant polyurethane foam processing
systems. The new model is designed for higher viscosity materials or materials that
require higher temperatures.
Graco® Reactor IP In-Plant Foam Processing Systems are entry-level units for
rigid and flexible in-plant polyurethane foam processing. Designed for precision
dispensing, the Reactor IP features a local control module that allows up to 25
programmable shot settings and five shot sequences. The Reactor IP accurately measures
the volume of material poured and provides repeatability for consistent parts production.
The Reactor IP is available in two hydraulic models - the Reactor IPH-25 or IPH-
40 - with flow rates of 25 or 50 pounds per minute (11.3 or 22.6 kilograms per minute).
Typical applications include: insulation for coolers and containers, pre-formed
foam block for housing, solar panels, wall and floor panels, and pipe insulation. For
