Thermal Arc® SF Flux Cored Wires Improve Conductivity, Resist Elements

St. Louis - August 15, 2002- Thermal Arc® SF-1 and SF-1A (E71-T1) seamless flux cored welding wires enhance conductivity and by design prevent moisture absorption, rust and lengthen the product's shelf-life. Thermal Arc SF wires have no seams, flux voids or strip seams due to the product's proprietary seamless wire manufacturing process. All of the copper coated wires exhibit excellent feedability, lowered hydrogen levels, and significantly reduce wire rusting. Thermal Arc SF flux cored wires are available in diameters ranging from .045" (1.2mm) to .052" (1.4mm). SF-1 is welded in CO2 shielding gas while SF-1A is designed for 75 Argon-25CO2. Both wires feature low spatter, outstanding bead appearance and an easily removed slag cover.
