Fluoropolymer Tubing has thermally conductive design.

Press Release Summary:

Available in round cross section in various sizes, thermally conductive FEP and PFA tubes can be used for heat dissipation or cooling in acidic or other chemically aggressive environments. Conductivity approaches that of steel, and construction withstands temperatures as high as 310°F as well as pressures up to 60 psig. Also available in custom profiles, chemical-resistant tubing can also effectively dissipates static electricity in electrically charged solutions.

Original Press Release:

Conductive Fluoropolymer Tubing

Fluorotherm Polymers Inc., introduces a new formulation of thermally conductive FEP and PFA tubing that can be used fo heat dissipation or cooling in acidic or other chemically aggressive environments.

The conductivity is significantly higher than unmodified (virgin) plymers and approaches that of steel. The tubes are available in a round cross section, in a variety of sizes. Custom profiles to suit the geometry of the application can be produced. Key properties include exceptional chemical resistance to a wide variety of chemicals up to temperatures as high as 310 F., and pressures up to 60 psig. This tubing also effectively dissipates static electricity  in electrically charged solutions.
