BULBRITE Unveils CEE-Qualified Fluorescent 28 and 32 Watt T8 Lamps



MOONACHIE, NEW JERSEY---Building on its extensive line of energy efficient light bulbs, BULBRITE unveils CEE-Qualified, Reduced Wattage 28W and High Lumen 32W T8 Lamps. The Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) spearheads the Commercial Lighting Systems initiative to define efficient, high-performance lighting products, including T8 fluorescent lighting systems. BULBRITE's energy efficient 28-watt T8 Fluorescents can be used on a 32-watt T8 ballast and have an average rated life of up to 24,000 hours. This high performance tri-phosphor lamp is environmentally friendly, using only a small amount of mercury. The bulbs are available in 3500K and 4100K colors temperatures and provide excellent color rendering.

Further expanding Bulbrite's Energy Wiser® line of fluorescents, Bulbrite has introduced a High Lumen 32-watt T8 that produces up to 3300 lumens. Like the 28W T8, this high performance tri-phosphor lamp is also environmentally friendly, using a minimal amount of mercury. These lamps are available in three color temperatures: 3500K, 4100K and 5000K, and have an average rated life of up to 24,000 hours.

All T8 Fluorescents are TCLP (Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure) compliant, which certifies that these bulbs release a reduced amount of pollutants into the environment. The TCLP simulates landfill conditions and determines if a product is considered hazardous waste once it is disposed, on behalf of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
