Multi Bay(TM) Intelligent Fluorescent Fixture
Economical fixture uses 8 compact fluorescent lamps to create controlled, even lighting, according to the manufacturer. Called MultiBay, the intelligent fixture allows light output to be set at 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% - light levels may be varied for time of day, specific area or other parameter via cable or remote wireless control. Intelligent fixture monitors individual lamp "on" times in fractional output modes and rotates power to unused lamps at preset intervals - gives uniform lamp life. MultiBay fixture produces a uniform "bat wing" distribution for even lighting with reduced hot spots and shadows in industrial, office, recreational, institutional and retail space. Advantages over metal halide include consistent color output (warm white, cool white and daylight), instant on and cooler operating temperature. Both lamps and ballasts are easily replaceable from beneath the fixture. Patent pending, U.L. listed. MultiBay is available in 16" diameter (208 watt), 22" diameter (440 watt) and 30" diameter (440 watt).
