The FTBLL12E is a new economically priced Fluidized Temperature Bath model for the application of cleaning extrusion tooling and parts. This system is a good choice for those companies with only a few extrusion lines or those that want to supplement their current cleaning methods. The unit incorporates a simple to use analog dial controller for setting the bath temperature and a gate valve for manually adjusting the Fluidizing air. It does however still incorporate our robust heater design, seam welded solid top and inner tank and excellent thermal cleaning performance of our fully automatic systems at a significant savings in cost.
