Graco's new Matrix(TM) Total Fluid Management System(TM) provides the ultimate wireless metering, tracking and delivery system for dispensing and inventorying oil, gear lube, anti-freeze and transmission fluids in car dealerships, fleet service centers and fast oil change centers. It provides simple tracking of all fluids dispensed through the Matrix system, a record of transactions and inventory levels, as well as multi-level security and PIN codes to protect your system and assets.
The patented Matrix system features state-of-the-art electronic meters that accurately dispense fluids in pints, quarts, gallons or liters; and Tank Level Monitors that keeps track of the amount of bulk fluids in storage tanks. The meters and monitors wirelessly transmit their information to a transceiver connected to a PC.
The software to operate the system is simple to install, easy to operate and totally secure. Operating screens are clear, precise and intuitive. No special training is necessary. The software allows you to monitor and save data regarding inventories, volume of oil dispensed into a vehicle, oil dispensed by technician or bay location and the type and brand of oil. Cumulative and custom reports are easy to generate.
