SKF Offers New Lincoln Fluid Management System

This product is available for sale in North America and will be stocked in St. Louis, Mo.

SKF today announced the introduction of its Lincoln LFC 6000 fluid inventory control and management system for vehicle service applications. The LFC 6000 system includes hardware and software used to accurately track, monitor and dispense fluids using the Enterprise dealer management system.

Utilizing a standard Internet browser to access the software, this fluid management system provides a significant savings by operating up to 50 sites with one server installation. Because all software comes from one source for simple IT support, backup and reporting, there is no need to install software on multiple PCs. Integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) enables accurate tracking with no missed steps.

The LFC 6000 simultaneously monitors six tanks of any size or shape and is suitable for measuring any type of oil, transmission fluid or windshield washer fluid. The controller can operate and monitor six hose reels. Its inputs/outputs can connect solenoids from 1/4 inch to 1 inch in size or pulse meters from ½ inch to 2 inches in size. The system provides four levels of access, including system administrator, site administrator, manager and technician, and offers security protocols across the network.
