Siemens Introduces Sitrans Connection iOS Apple Application
Siemens Industry, Inc. introduces the Sitrans Connection Apple iOS serial communication application, designed for use with all Sitrans F US Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meters.
The Sitrans Connection application enables direct serial communication between an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and any Sitrans F US Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter to enhance all metering functionalities, including programming, operational review, data logging and download.
The Sitrans Connection application provides greater mobility, making connectivity possible without the need for a laptop computer. The application also offers simplified programming with a complete alphanumeric keypad for easier navigation and programming. In addition, Sitrans Connection offers instant service, allowing shared access to your terminal window with a qualified service technician (Wi-Fi or cellular service required).
The Sitrans F US Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter is ideal for applications in various industries, including oil and gas, water/wastewater, HVAC, power generation, chemical and petrochemical.
