BUCHANAN, MI - The new flow rack system by Rexroth is ideal for those applications in which economy and ease of assembly are paramount. It offers users the most flexibility in configuring flow rack systems, as individual components allow them to adapt the system optimally to their needs.
The X-lean roller section, which consists of a steel profile and rollers, with or without a roller flange, is a particularly cost-effective alternative for flow-rack construction. Using rail holders, the roller section is suspended quickly and securely on a tubular aluminum cross tie.
The lean roller section offers rollers in various colors mounted in a heavy-duty aluminum channel. The use of colored rollers makes inventory information clearly visible in the entire process, creating a multi-color kanban system. A side guide can be easily added to the lean roller section if the use of non-flanged rollers is more appropriate to the application.
A smooth slide rail is also available and is particularly suited for use with heavy containers or containers with rough or uneven bottom surfaces.
