What is a JVM-60CG with RT-Ex display flow monitor and manifold?
The JVM-60CG with RT-Ex display and manifold unit was designed to replace outdated mechanical flow meters currently used in paint mix rooms. With a large digital display and high accuracy, this unit is very easy to see and gives the operator the ability to set pump flow rates at a glance. With the
optional 4-20mA upgrade all the flow rate information is easily relayed to a PLC for monitoring of a possible no flow or high flow condition, thus allowing the operator to alert the paint booth before they run out of paint. The manifold has three full port ball valves, tri-clamp connectors with Teflon O-rings
and a threaded port for a pressure gauge. The JVM-60CG with display and manifold is the latest in a long line of quality flow meters and solutions from AW Company.
