New Flow Meter Excellent for Monitoring Lubrication Systems
Hudson, MA-Clark is pleased to introduce their new Model DV01 Gear-Wheel Flow Meter. Excellent for dosing applications or monitoring lubrication systems these flow meters are designed for viscous fluids from 20-400 cSt flowing at rates up to 65 l/min, and at pressures up to 160 bar.
Model DV01 flow meters operate via a pair of gear wheels that are rotated by flowing media in a measuring chamber. A magnetic proximity sensor, isolated from the measuring chamber, is connected to a signal conditioning circuit and registers the rotation of the gear wheels. Sensor signals are then converted to a pulse train output. All Model DV01 flow meters feature a low pressure drop and very quiet operation.
Model DV01 flow meters are available in three configurations: DV01-1, DV01-2, and DV01-3. DV01 flow meters measure flow rates from 0.25 to 10 l/min for fluids with viscosities of 20 to 4000 cSt and are available with 3/8 NPT connections. DV01-2 measure flow rates from 0.16 to 16 l/min for fluids with viscosities of 20 to 3000 cSt and are available with 3/8 NPT connections. DV01-3
