Flexible Primary Packaging-DMF
A provider of cGMP pharmaceutical printed components offers flexible packaging with a FDA and Canadian accepted Type III Drug Master File. CPL 100 is approved for primary packaging and is available printed with up to 7 colors and a protective varnish or reverse printed with in-line lamination. CPL 100 structures are a combination of extrusion and adhesive laminated multilayers comprised of full range of PET thicknesses, foil from .000285 to .00035 and EAA, Surlyn, LDPE & LLDPE sealant in various thicknesses. Flexographic servo driven press technology ensures eye mark to eye mark registration plus/minus ½ mm over more then a meter in length, which yields improved packaging line up time and less waste.
Growing industry demand for faster turnaround and smaller lot sizes are supported with an extensive inventory of packaging films and foils in a climate-controlled warehouse.
