Flexible Hose And Ducting Finished Cuff Ends Improve Clamping
A full range of flexible hose and ducting that can be manufactured with finished cuff ends to provide a better clamping surface and tighter seal is being introduced by Hi-Tech Hose, Inc. of Georgetown, Massachusetts.
Hi-Tech Hose Cuffed Ends feature a smooth, elasticized finish and are molecularly bonded to the hose or ducting without adhesives to provide a smooth clamping surface. Eliminating wire helix interference for a tighter seal, these finished cuff ends install easily over fittings and can be made from the same material as the hose or ducting.
Available for urethane, thermoplastic rubber, and TPR coated fabric hose and ducting, Hi-Tech Hose Cuffed Ends can be molecularly bonded to hose and ducting from 2" to 12" dia. and are 1½" to 5" long, depending upon the dia. The standard color is black, but they can be made in a full range of colors to match the hose or ducting and/or provide color-coding.
