The Volumetrix uses positive displacement pumps which have no pulsation, automatic calibration, configurable dispense methods, including volumetric simultaneous, gravimetric, combination mode, priority ingredient mode and real-time ratio mode. The Volumetrix is Class 1/Division 1 compliant for hazardous areas with solvent borne materials and of course can also handle aqueous solutions. The control system is industrial grade plc based electronics. With the exception of the dispense vales, there are no proprietary parts on the machine. The machine features all relevant formula editors, graphic interface, label printing and full data collection for all dispensed materials.
This highly configurable platform can accept materials fed by drum, tote, remote pumping stations or it's own internal ingredient canisters. The machine can be used to dispense batches as small as a few ounces or as large as drums and totes. The Volumetrix can handle viscous materials as well as materials like solvent or water. The Volumetrix can dispense 55 gallon drum formulas in as little as 7 minutes with unrivaled accuracy.
