Original Press Release:

1,800 Nits Bright - Ideal for High Ambient Light

Sunlight and variable lighting conditions make it tough to see some monitors. That's why CyberResearch® offers an 1,800-nit TFT LCD 15" display that rack mounts in only 2U. The new GFA 15H Foldaway(TM) with built-in keyboard and touchpad senses ambient light and adjusts screen brightness to compensate.

Now you can rack-mount a 15" sun-bright flat-panel monitor and keyboard in a pull-out drawer that occupies only 3.5" (2U) of rack height. Cables in the locking drawer are fully protected by a steel cover. Just pull out the drawer, lift the display and adjust it to your optimum viewing angle. The backlight turns off automatically when you fold the display back clown.

The GFA 15H FoldAway interfaces easily with a standard PC. Resolution is fully adjustable from 640 x 350 to 1024 x 768. The display accepts standard VGA input, so there's no need for a special video card. The included 105-key keyboard has a comfortable feel that encourages touch typing.

The GFA 15H can operate up to 10 feet from the host PC. To communicate across longer distances, CyberResearch, Inc. offers optional monitor/keyboard/mouse extenders. Optional AutoView(TM) KVM switches let you share a single FoldAway among as many as 64 remote PCs.

In addition to FoldAways - now shipping from stock - CyberResearch, Inc., also offers industrial PCs, and PC accessories. For more product information, call Joe Tetreault at 800-341-2525,
