Flat Cable Stripper: Model D109
The D109 Flat Cable Stripper strips flat cables with round or rectangular, stranded or solid conductors up to 4-1/4" (108mm) wide and 3/16" (5mm) thick. Using FybRglass® stripping wheels, the unit strips cable 1/8" (3.18mm), 1/4" (6.35mm) or 1" (25.4mm) wide depending on wheel selected. Custom wheels are available for larger or smaller width cables. Strip position can be set for up to 1-7/16" (36mm) from the cable end. The conductors are left undamaged and clean for subsequent termination. The unit can be set up to strip either one or both sides of the cable.
