FlexLink Genesis F3000 Flat Belt Conveyor Offers Flexibility, Custom Configurability
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA - FlexLink Systems' new Genesis series F3000 Flat Belt Conveyor is a modular transport solution that can be configured to meet specific customer requirements. With the ability to transport PCB boards and pallets, this module can be used to incline/decline products from a wave soldering system using an optional high temperature ESD belt. The module can also be fitted with a full array of workstation options, which allows the module to function as an ergonomic workstation.
Standard features include CE compliant with an ESD safe design; DC speed controller; ESD safe belting: maximum temperature of 80ºC (176 ºF); and adjustable belt tension. Options include a PLC control package with indexing software, including both visual and audible alarms; Cooling fans; Belt widths of 305 mm (12"), 457 mm (18"), and 610 mm (24"), including non-standard belt widths; Module lengths from 24" (610 mm) up to 300" (7620 mm); high temperature ESD belt up to 121 ºC (250 ºF); and others.
FlexLink's Genesis product line is the company's first PCB handling platform that will be manufactured worldwide. Genesis series systems are available for delivery in 4 to 6 weeks and carry a standard 1-year warranty on all parts and labor. Standard Genesis features include the following:
