CGW Launches New Z-Flex Flap Disc Line
NILES, ILL - August 2007 - CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels expanded its line of U.S.-made flap discs with the introduction of Z-Flex flap discs. More flexible than standard flap discs, Z-Flex flap discs are engineered for quick grinding on contoured work pieces, such as metal railings and tubes.
Made from premium zirconia grain and X-weight cotton backing, Z-Flex flap discs easily fracture for faster cutting and longer life. The 12 new flap discs are stocked in 4-1/2" diameter and are available in 40, 60 and 80 grit sizes. Z-Flex discs come in type 27 or type 29 shapes, with either 7/8" or 5/8-11" arbor holes.
