Tra-Cast LX50019 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating epoxy adhesive used for staking and setting transistors, diodes, resistors, integrated circuits, and other heat-sensitive components in printed circuit electronic applications.
Unlike many similar products, Tra-Cast LX50019 is RoHS compliant.
Tra-Cast LX50019 develops strong, durable, high-impact bonds at room temperature, and has a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) that make it compatible for bonding a wide variety of substrates including silica, steatite, alumina, and sapphire.
