Hans Weber Model TT 1D-1100 Finishing and Grinding Machine
The Model TT 1D-1100 is being shown for the first time in the United States. It is a dry system with a wet dust collector. It has an abrasive belt head with two speeds and runs conventional abrasive belts or Scotch Bright(TM) belts.
The disc section can run Scotch Bright(TM) discs, Bear Tex(TM) discs, Nylon bristle brush discs and two kinds of abrasive section Spider discs; as well as the new WEBER planetary discs with mixed media brushes. The Spider discs handle rounding edges and removing oxides from vertical edges of thin parts. The planetary discs rounds edges and removes laser and plasma oxide from all thicknesses and shapes of parts.
