Improved AE2-CEM Net Weight Filling and Closing Machine with the New Connection Free Cart
Ideal is proud to announce the improved AE2-CEM Net Weight Filling and Closing Machine with the NEW Connection Free Cart. The AE2-CEM was on display at ICE 2002 in New Orleans and Pack Expo 2002 in Chicago, IL.
Ideal's AE2-CEM Net Weight Filling and Closing Machine has many new features including high-speed weight control, an expandable conveyor, a heavy-duty closer and the new connection free cart. Ideal's new connection free cart eliminates the hassle of plugging in air or electrical lines to the machine control. With no control connections, it operates on plant air and includes an automatic filter drain, self-contained flush controls, permanent lubrication and two-way locking swivel casters.
Five-gallon pails are automatically conveyed to the first nozzle and pre-filled by time. The time can be automatically adjusted by our patented machine control or adjusted manually by an operator. The partially filled pail moves to the second nozzle and lifts off the conveyor isolating it on a scale. The fill starts slow, increases to fully open, then slows to dribble until the target weight is reached. Filled containers are conveyed through to an Ideal lid placer (optional) and roller closer.
