Aluminum Fill/Drain Plugs Offered By J.W. Winco
NEW BERLIN, WI - J.W. Winco, Inc., a leading supplier of standard industrial machine components, announced it now offers Aluminum Fill/Drain Plugs with "DIN" Fill and Drain Symbols and NBR Seal.
The Fill/Drain Plugs, available in various thread sizes, are made of aluminum with a matte shot-blasted finish with laser-engraved re-fill and drain symbols. The seal is of NBR synthetic rubber with a maximum heat resistance of 120 degrees C (250 degrees F).
The seal is retained in a radial undercut in the mating face, preventing it from dropping out or from protruding when the plug is tightened. The design allows the seal to be made of a softer material, which offers better sealing. Plugs are available in metric pipe thread and BSPP parallel threads.
