A new field retrofit package for users of their Model 1200 Crankshaft Gage that extends its useful life by improving the user interface, speed and accuracy, through the seamless integration of current technologies is being introduced by ADCOLE Corporation of Marlborough, Massachusetts.
The ADCOLE Model 1200 Crankshaft Gage Upgrade Package includes a new sealed and cooled electronic cabinet with UPS, a new Pentium PC with Windows(R)NT version programs, advanced color printing/plotting capabilities, and a 19" color monitor with a touch screen and sealed keyboard. Featured with these upgrades is a new head stock drive motor and laser reference optics.
Offering greater precision, speed, and reliability, the ADCOLE Model 1200 Crankshaft Gage Upgrade Package offers more data density (1440 data points v.s. 360), and is 20% faster, allowing it to perform complete measurements within 7 to 8 minutes on an automotive crankshaft.
