Fibrotex Awarded Yet another Contract for Multispectral Camouflage System for a Nordic Country

Thousands of units of camouflage systems to be delivered this summer
Petah Tikva, Israel – Fibrotex Technologies – a leading designer, developer, and manufacturer of advanced camouflage systems for Armies and Security Forces worldwide – was recently awarded a new contract to manufacture and supply thousands of advanced multispectral camouflage systems to a NATO Northern European Army.
Fibrotex's multispectral camouflage systems protect against various sensors in a variety of ranges, including UV, Visual, Near-Infrared, Thermal, and Radar. The systems were developed to meet the camouflage properties and extreme environmental conditions of Northern Europe.
According to Yosef Kraus, VP Marketing Sales of Fibrotex "This new contract demonstrates the trust and customer satisfaction for our products and services, following the delivery of thousands of camouflage systems to the Finnish MOD over the last few years." The order is based on the Options of the Finnish contract, enabling Nordic countries to purchase Fibrotex’s most advanced camouflage systems until 2018, when the contract will need to be extended. The first deliveries of this new contract will take place during the summer of 2015.
This was the second Nordic country to place an order for Fibrotex's camouflage systems in the last 18 months – and the 4th Fibrotex contract signed by European Armies in the last 12 months, following the purchase of thousands of advanced multispectral camouflage systems by the Finnish Defense Forces, the French Army, and the Lithuanian Army.
Mr. Kraus goes on to say "We are proud and honored to have been awarded this contract. It is a testament to our high level of service and commitment to our customer’s requirements – and advances our penetration into this important market. We believe that other Purchase Orders will follow – both from this new customer and from other Nordic countries, which have demonstrated exceptional cooperation among themselves, with the highest technical requirements”.
