Lufkin Introduces Pro Series Fiberglass Long Tapes Line
RALEIGH, NC - OCTOBER 2003 -- Lufkin®, a Cooper Hand Tools brand, has introduced its Pro Series fiberglass long tapes line with longer-lasting heavy-duty blades and a super fast retrieval ratio.
Product line - 100', 200', and 300' heavy-duty fiberglass Pro Series long tapes. All tapes are double-sided with engineer scale decimal markings on one side and inches / feet on the
other side for use by surveyors and real estate professionals.
Features and benefits - A crank handle gear ratio of 3 to 1 for faster retrieve. The heavy duty fiberglass blade is double coated to repel moisture and preserve blade graphics. The flexible tape has a tensile strength of over 400 lbs. for twice the stretch resistance of ordinary long tapes. The end hook is protected by a bumper and molded guides reduce blade twist and extend blade life.
