Fiber Lasers Will Increase Marking Accuracy & Production



Lake Mary, FL — Fonon Technologies, the industry leader in developing high-tech fiber and CO2 laser systems for marking, cutting and engraving applications, is targeting gun manufacturers with the launch of a new fiber laser line, which will vastly improve the industry’s marking and engraving process.



Gun manufacturers have long marked metal gun parts with logos, numbers for inventory purposes, to fulfill UID requirements, as well as other engraving needs.  Methods for marking were as varied as the parts.  Some parts were cast or molded with logos while others had serials numbers marked with dot peen machines.  However, Fonon Technologies has the ultimate direct parts marking and deep engraving system for the gun industry, the Fiber Laser Marking & Engraving System Line.
